What we do.
Phynx runs the guest side of an event, from the first ticket to the last arrival. Below is what each piece does, and what it looks like for you and for the hosts you create.
Ticketing
Sell general admission, tiers, and timed entry with your name on it, not a marketplace's. Every ticket is tied to a guest, so the moment someone buys, you know who they are.
- Your brand, your checkout No third-party marketplace between you and the buyer
- Tiers, allocations, timed entry General, early, VIP, and holds for hosts
- Every ticket is a guest Buyers land in guest memory automatically
- Transfers by name A ticket passed on is still a known guest
- One cart Tickets, a table, parking, and an upgrade in a single checkout
- Reconciled by event and host Reporting that matches the door
Guest lists
Every list has a door. Keep it closed and name the guests, or open it by request and confirm who gets in. Every host you create gets their own list, their own link, and their own view.
- By invitation Suites, boxes, client dinners, private floors
- By request Afterparties, launches, open evenings
- A link for every host Guests attributed to whoever brought them
- Scoped access Hosts see only their guests. You see all of them.
- On the house Comps tracked like everything else
Reservations
A ticket admits a person. A reservation holds a space for a host: a suite, a box, a table, a lounge, a booth. Decide whether it carries its own admissions, needs separate tickets, or stands alone. Hand the host the room, and they manage their guests and arrivals while you keep inventory, terms, and the full picture.
- Premium inventory Suites, boxes, tables, lounges, booths, parking
- Admission, your way Included, separate, or none. A table that seats ten can carry six admissions.
- Terms and capacity set by you Hosts work inside them
- Delegation all the way down Sponsor to sub-sponsor to guest
- Deposits, minimums, holds Confirm instantly or by request
- Sold direct or through partners Attributed and reconciled either way
Arrivals
Arrivals run from any phone. Search by name, scan a code, and the guest is in. No hardware, no printed lists, no radio calls to find out whose guest someone is.
- Runs on a phone Nothing to install at the door
- Name or code Works for tickets, lists, and reservations alike
- Every entrance, one view Main gate, suite level, side door
- Live counts Expected, arrived, on the house, by host
Guest memory
Every guest, across every event and every host, becomes one record you own: who they are, who brought them, what they prefer, how to reach them. The door, the suite, the sponsor, and your sales team all see the same profile.
- One profile per guest Across tickets, lists, and reservations
- Preferences travel Seating, dietary, arrival, who they come with
- Attribution built in Know which host brought whom
- Contact you own Not held by a ticketing platform
- Reports by event, host, and space Know how the night went by morning
Programming
For organizers who want help filling the room, we arrange talent and appearances through our partner network: artists, DJs, and hosts with a following. It is a service, not software, and we take it on selectively.
- Artists and DJs Booked through our partners
- Appearances and hosts Names that bring their own guests
- Tied to the event Guest lists and arrivals set up alongside the booking
